Escapees RV Club Acquires RV to Freedom
We’re excited to announce a new expansion to our educational resources. As of today, RV to Freedom is part of the Escapees RV Club family! This includes their premier course on hitting the road full-time, Roadmap to Full-Time RVing, and the RV to Freedom Facebook group dedicated to those wanting to learn about RVing and seasoned RVers alike. We know many of our members are already there doling out advice and sharing the camaraderie.
Although no changes will be immediately made, we’ll be working over the coming months to bring you expanded resources and options as we bring RV to Freedom under the Escapees umbrella.

Carlsbad Caverns Hangout January 18- January 25, 2020 This service-oriented Hangout brings members together to help clean and preserve a national treasure. In addition to volunteering several hours with this project, attendees will enjoy exploring the local area, sharing meals with new friends, and other activities.

Tires are such an important part of RVing! Whether you're on the move or parked, they are constantly supporting your home-on-wheels. Take care of your tires with these tips from fellow SKPs:
Know the weight of your RV. Getting all four corners of your rig weighed and using that information to distribute weight evenly will help your tires wear evenly. You can also use that information to ensure you're buying the right tires for your weight. (J. Koca, SKP#86387)
Make sure your tires are properly inflated. Get your rig weighed, then reference the Load and Inflation Table for your brand and model of tires to ensure they are inflated according to the weight they carry. (J. Houran, SKP#92949)
Know the speed rating for your RV tires. Staying at or under the max speed for your tires will extend their life and keep you safer. (G. Austin, SKP#131681)
