Volunteering! It's part of the sharing and caring attitude of all Escapees.
During the Carlsbad Caverns Restoration Hangout, Escapees members put in some volunteer hours to help the National Park Service clean up, preserve, and restore trails in and around Carlsbad Caverns. Helping out one of the National Park Service treasures was a highlight of many of these members' travels this year.
At almost every event, there is some sort of volunteer needed to help it run smoothly. From directing parking to mail delivery and more, these Escapees members jump in at every opportunity they can.

Winter Blast Hangout

For 35 years, the Western Pyrotechnic Association (WPA) and Lake Havasu City have presented this remarkable fireworks showcase. The Xscapers Convergence team, along with assistance from the Hangouts team, have put together an amazing event centered around the April 8, 2024, solar eclipse. We'll be staying in Paris, Texas where you'll get to experience more than four minutes of totality! In addition to this celestial wonder, there will be live music performances, themed activities, group gatherings and plenty of community led fun. There will be something for everyone to enjoy!
This event will be open to all Escapees members and group parking will be offered for Xscapers.

The Best of Nashville HOP
April 28 - May 4, 2024
Best known as the Capital of Country Music, Nashville has so much to offer. You'll get to tour buildings such as the Grand Ole Opry, the Ryman, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Some of the biggest names in Country Music started singing in the famous honky-tonks on Broadway Street.
You'll have a great time visiting places and sites like Antique Archaeology of the famous TV show The American Pickers, Jack Daniel's Distillery, Arrington Vineyards– owned by Kix Brooks of Brooks and Dunn, the famous Music Row district, Lower Broadway, Legislative Plaza, Bicentennial Park, the Gulch, Centennial Park and the
