Making new friends at the First Timers Social at the 63rd Escapade

Escapade 2024 is in full swing!
Escapees descended on Rock Springs, Wyoming last week starting with amazing volunteers, then RVers Boot Camp attendees, and then more early arrivals. The brand-new SNEAK party was a hit Saturday night with a pasta bake for donations to CARE, music, and games. And Sunday was the official first day of Escapade!
The parking crew was efficient as always and once everyone was settled into their RV space, the mingling, socializing, and catching up began. The night ended with a silent disco!
On Monday, there was pickleball and yoga in the morning. Escapade seminars started for the adults along with Kidscapade for the youngest Escapees. And once again, the entertainment has been spectacular!

Xscapers Annual Bash is Out of This World!
Ten years ago, a message was received from Planet X. Since then, Xscapers has sent their scouts to descend on cities and destinations across America and the world. Now, they’re converging in Lake Havasu, Arizona for an event so monumental it can only be described as Invasion of the Xscapers.

Escapees RV Gadget Box Review: Camp Chef Fire Pit
There’s nothing like having a campfire when you’re out camping. It makes a great conversation starter and keeps you happy outdoors in cooler weather. The problem with a campfire is that it requires a lot of preparation and work, and everybody smells like smoke the next morning. That’s why I have switched over to a propane-powered fire pit. It provides a nice amount of heat, and there’s no wood to chop and no ashes or coals left behind. Best of all, there’s no smoke to dodge!
