Q: Have you filled multiple roles at Escapees?
A: Yes, many: I started as a filer, moved to pulling and packaging mail, from there it was on to mail service operator, to the calling card department (back before cell phones when many members used a calling card to make long-distance calls) and finally, I joined the
editorial team.
Q: What is one thing you wish more members knew about Escapees?
A: I think all members should know the history of how the club was founded and the interesting story of Joe and Kay Peterson. The fact that in the past much of the work at events and at the SKP parks were done by volunteers is amazing!
Q: When you aren’t helping RVers at Escapees, what do you enjoy doing?
A: I enjoy making bath bombs and car air fresheners. I also like to cook, fish, garden and spend time with my husband and two adult children.
