More Events Ahead!

Our team has been so excited to plan and share new events with members. Given that most all of our summer 2021 events have already sold out, it looks like YOU'RE excited, too!

If you missed tickets to a HOP, Hangout, Convergence, or even Escapade, don't stress. More opportunities are coming! Keep an eye on those "tickets go on sale" dates and set yourself a reminder to hop on the website and claim your spot.

Member Feedback Answered
Update about East Coast events:

After a recent issue of Member News, we received multiple questions and concerns about the lack of Escapees events taking place on the East Coast in the coming months. We'd like to take a moment to address these comments.

We do not set out to exclude our Eastern U.S. members when planning club events. There are events still in the planning process that will answer many of these needs, with intended locations in New York, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee, among others.

Though we are excited to share more details with you soon, these events will by no means "even out" the continent-wide distribution in 2021. All club events are organized by our program directors and volunteer hosts, so locations of events are dependent upon their travel plans. With Escapade taking place in Wyoming this summer, all of our event directors are meandering their way to and around the northwest, therefore organizing events along those travel routes.

How can you help?

Each of our event programs, including HOPs, Hangouts, and Convergences, welcomes volunteer hosts to assist with organizing gatherings! Our directors can only be in one area at a time, so volunteers are vital to expanding our spread of events.

If you'd like to see an event closer to your travel area, we encourage you to reach out to the appropriate director and discuss how you can help bring fun gatherings to your region.
